Symposium fees

(All fees include Value Added Taxes)

The registration fees include: participation in the conference, the book of abstracts in digital version, coffee breaks and lunches, the welcome cocktail and the official Gala dinner. 

Confirmation of Registration

Upon completing the online registration, each participant will receive by email an automatically generated confirmation of registration. The registration becomes active only when full payment has reached the I3S 2022 bank account (whether by credit card or by bank transfer). 

Cancellation of Registration

Cancellation of symposium registration can be made up until 3th June 2022. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing, preferably by email to the attention of the I3S2022 secretariat.

Reimbursements of registration fee paid, less an administrative fee of €40, will be made after the close of the I3S2022.

There will be no refund of registration fee for cancellations received after 4th June 2022. 

French / Schengen visa

Please remember that the process for getting a French/Schengen visa can take time in some instances. If you need a visa to come to I3S 2022, it is best that you think about getting your visa sooner rather than later. 

In order to apply for a visa, you need to:

• Complete the form and return with a letter from your employer certifying their agreement of your attendance and a copy of your passport to the I3S2022 secretariat. The form will be available on 15th January 2022.

• Be registered to the symposium and have fully paid for your registration fee,

You will then receive an official invitation delivered by the symposium secretariat I3S2022. 

Certificates of Attendance

Certificates of attendance will be delivered on-site to participants, and will not be sent after the symposium. 

Accommodation

The I3S2022 secretariat has selected a range of accommodation places for participants and has negotiated guaranteed rates. From economicaccommodation to comfortable hotels, there is a convenient option suited to every participant's preferences and budget.
